This will be a very brief and direct statement. I have no association, affiliation, connection, or relationship with Frank Dux, Dallas Wittgenfeld, Adam McKinley, Bodhi Sanders, David Richardson, or anyone else belonging to their group. Period. Since the beginning of mine and Steven Hatfield's defamation suit against Dale Dugas, the above-named individuals and countless others have tried to ride our coattails, show their support, and even act as if they were assisting us. They hung on every motion filed, and were quick to spread the word when the Court made its ruling. Whatever their personal vendetta against the former heads of BSMA may be, this is absolutely false. I cannot stop them from pretending that our vindication by the Court finding Dugas liable for damages and placing him in Judicial Default is also theirs, but they have nothing to do with it and we have nothing to do with them. Now, it has also come to my attention that in the middle of their exploits, one or more of the above-named individuals was involved in the threatening of a young girl. If true, this is absolutely appalling, something I do not condone, and yet another reason why I am extremely careful about those I associate with. Anyone who knows us knows that Steven and I would be the first ones to cooperate with any investigation into violence against children. ![]() It has been insinuated by Barron Shepherd (whom I wrote about in my last article) that I had something to do with it or at least had knowledge that it happened based on a comment I made on YouTube to the one of the trolls, Gerald Greysmith (shown here). This comment was made simply to let Gerald know that I knew his personal identity (which I will be detailing in future articles). The only power trolls have is when they can remain anonymous, so exposing them as real people and holding them legally accountable for their cyber-stalking and harassment is the way to end it all. However, our vindication will come through the court system, not violence against innocent family members. ![]() Of course, Barron knows I had nothing to do with whatever threats were made against that girl as he shared the police report made by the girl's father. To quote, "I received a phone call from a man calling me "Gerald" and threatened to harm my child if I "didn't come clean" and admit that I am Gerald Greysmith. The caller also let me know that he knew that my daughter was in Georgia for the weekend. I asked who was calling and he replied "Dallas" and then he disconnected the call." Yet in his articles, Barron claims I am the one who threatened this girl and that I am the target of a criminal investigation for such. The definition of libel is "a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation." I'm giving Barron a chance to recant those articles before I pursue legal action... Comments are closed.
